Electric pool heating available at any time but
recommended between the end of September and the end of March. (Chargeable
at £75.00 per Week).
An end of stay clean is charged at £50.00
for a stay of 5 nights or less.
Discounts available for bookings of 3 weeks or
more.
Non refundable deposit of £100.00 required
with completed booking form.
£250.00 Security / Breakage deposit payable
with final balance. This will be refunded by cheque following inspection
of the home by our management company on your departure.
