To ensure that the villa is in prime
condition for your visit, we have employed the skills of a local management
company who take care of the villa's general services on a day to
day basis.
They will ensure that the villa is thoroughly cleaned
after every guest has left and that the security/breakage deposit can
be returned. They will ensure that the pool is cleaned and serviced every
week as well as the lawns cut and gardens tidied. The garden will be watered
regularly by our automatic sprinkler system. Every effort has been made
to ensure that the villa will be in tip-top condition for your vacation.
Should you need to contact them during your stay, their
office is only a short drive from Southern Dunes and they will attempt
to address any concerns you may have as quickly as possible.
In addition to the above, important though those services
are, you are after all going to Florida for Fun with a capital "F"
and our management company are there to help you to enjoy yourselves.
