Q. There is just too much/too little information. Can I just talk to someone?

Q. Why should I choose a villa and not a hotel?
A. Hotels in the Disney area can be very expensive; in fact you will probably pay the same price for one person as you would for the entire villa for up to 10 people! In addition you are not just in one room, you have individual lounge, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and of course your own private heated swimming pool with covered terrace. There are also 3 TV's, a videos and a Hi-fi including CD player.

Q. Why should I choose your villa?
A. Our villa is brand new (completed December 2001) and is located on one of the best golf courses in the United States. Much care and attention to detail has gone into furnishing the villa and equipping the Country Club so you will be living in luxury throughout your stay. Once you've stayed at our villa we're sure you'll be back or recommend us to your friends and family.

Q. Is maid service available?
A. There is an optional maid service available at extra cost. This service includes a thorough clean of the villa. All bedding and pots, pans and utensils will be attended to. Just leave for the parks in the morning and the villa will be spotless on your return. A great option for busy parents who deserve a luxury break. Just request maid service and the frequency when booking we'll arrange it for you.

Q. Are there any shops and Restaurants close by?
A. In addition to the Southern Dunes Club House , there are a number of Family orientated restaurants within walking distance of the main gate. For those looking to cater for themselves adjacent to the main gate driveway there are two supermarkets (Win Dixie & Wall-Mart) The Wall-Mart opens 24 hours per day!

Q. Do we need to pay for pool heating?
A. We do add a fee for the pool heating. We recommend this between the end of October and late March. The cost is much less than most villas charge and is only to cover our utility bill. We do not aim to make a profit on pool heating. The reason we do not add this price initially is that for the majority of the year pool heating is not needed due to the fantastic climate experienced by Florida.

Q. How much does pool heating cost?
A. We charge just £75 per week, much less than many rentals. Remember you'll only require heat in the winter months. Please note that it takes between 48 and 72 hours to heat the pool, so for your own comfort, please request this if you require it at the time of booking and the pool heater will be switched on in plenty of time prior to your arrival.

Q. Is there plenty to do for children in the villa?
A. There are 3 TV's (one in the lounge area and one in each of the master bedrooms) and a video recorder so that the kids can watch what they want anytime. The cable channels available include stations dedicated to children's entertainment. Just a short walk from our villa within the grounds of the Southern Dunes is a children's play area.

Q. Are all linens and towels included?
A. All towels and linens are provided.

Q. Where do I collect my key?
A. The Key for the villa will be put inside a secure lock-box at the villa prior to your arrival. Shortly before your vacation we will contact you with the access code so that you can drive straight to the villa and gain immediate access to the key. In the vast majority of villa rentals you'll need to visit an office somewhere in Orlando to collect the key. This will waste your valuable holiday time and cause unnecessary stress at the start of your vacation as you search for the offices before journeying on the villa.

We aim to make staying with us is so much simpler and relaxing than many other Florida rentals.

Q. When do you advise pool heating?
A. As a rough guide pool heat is generally recommended between October and April.

Q. Do you offer any late availability discounts / early booking discounts?
A. At certain times we do offer reduced rates, please enquire about your required dates to see if we can offer you a preferred rate or check out our Special Prices

Q. Are there disabled facilities at the villa?
A. Although the villa is not specifically design for the disabled it is still suitable for most people. The villa is all on one floor with no steps or steep inclines, other than a slight incline on the driveway and entrance path. All baths are low to allow easier access.

Q. Do you have a brochure?
A. We do have a brochure and also a CD containing an 8 minute (.avi) file which will play on your computers "Windows Media Player". We would be happy to send them to you. Please email us if you'd like either or both of these.

Q. Who looks after the property?
A. We employ a professional property management company. They look after the villa and are also on hand to assist with any concerns you may have while staying at the villa. They can provide you with discounted attraction tickets, car hire, etc. For guests not wishing to drive, for an additional charge we can make arrangements for you to be met at the airport by one of the management company staff and driven to the villa.

Q. I need to keep in touch with my business via email and the Internet?
A. No problem. Just bring your laptop and connect to the data port on the telephone and you're in business. Also all local calls from the villa are free!

Q. What if I have a problem during my stay?
A. Our management company will deal with any issues that arise during your stay. They are also available through a 24-hour emergency help-line so can assist you at any time.

Q. Has the villa got any safety features?
A. As the villa is brand new (completed December 2001) it has all the safety features required by state law (and more). They include alarms on the pool doors so young children cannot enter the pool area unknown to the adults in the party, and interior security lighting and smoke alarms in case of an emergency. A fire extinguisher is also supplied for your family's safety in the kitchen area. We also provide plastic glasses etc to be used in the pool area.

Q. Do you accept pets?
A. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Q. What is your smoking policy?
A. We have found that many guests prefer a smoke free environment. We would therefore really appreciate it if you would not smoke in the villa. We have spent a lot of time, effort and money on the villa and would like to keep in great condition for our visitor's enjoyment.

Q. Does the villa have its own phone?
A. The villa does have a phone and local calls are free. To make any long distance calls you will need to give a credit card number to the local phone company's operator or use a pre-paid calling card. Full instructions are in the villa.
